Programme Levels

Inicio / Formación (Level C) (Ages 6–10)

This is an introduction to football, where young players learn the basics while developing a love for the game. Through engaging and fun exercises, they improve coordination, balance, and ball control. Training sessions also focus on teamwork and communication, helping children understand the importance of playing together.

Avanzado / Tecnificación (Level B) (Ages 11–13)

At this stage, training becomes more technical and tactical. Players refine their ball mastery, positional awareness, and game intelligence. Sessions also incorporate physical conditioning to build strength and endurance, providing a solid foundation for more advanced training.

Cualificación / Rendimiento (Level A) (Ages 14–15)

The advanced programme is designed for players preparing for competitive football. Training sessions include high-intensity drills, match analysis, and tactical decision-making exercises to equip athletes for higher levels of the game. The focus is on developing professional-level skills, mental resilience, and strategic understanding.
