Under his leadership, La Academia is growing as a benchmark of sporting and institutional excellence.

Senior executive with a robust background in football and corporate management. Former CEO of Marbella FC, where he led the club’s transformation into a public limited company (SAD) and elevated its sporting and commercial stature. Holds advanced degrees in business, legal, and sports administration, and is both a FIFA agent and RFEF-certified Sporting Director. Currently advises top-tier clubs globally and channels those networks to create real professional opportunities for La Academia players.

Álvaro brings extensive experience in football operations and international team management. As former Director of Operations at Marbella Football Center, he led training camps for elite clubs such as Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund, and national teams including Belgium and Sweden. A former player in Spain’s 4th Division and Gibraltar’s 1st, he blends on-field insight with sharp business strategy. At La Academia, Álvaro spearheads commercial growth and global partnerships, enhancing our offering for young footballers pursuing professional pathways.

Former offensive midfielder trained in top Spanish academies, including Cádiz CF, Málaga CF, and Valencia CF. Champion of Spain U19 with Málaga CF and top scorer at national youth level. Earned call-ups by Spain U19 national team under Luis de la Fuente. Played in Poland’s 1st and 2nd divisions. Holds Master’s degrees in Sports Management, Sports Analysis (RFAF), and Injury Rehabilitation. Specialist in player development, with experience training academy and professional players.

Former professional midfielder with experience in top Spanish leagues and Romania’s First Division. Played for Real Oviedo, Sporting de Gijón, Leganés, Lleida Sportiu, and others in Segunda División and Segunda B. UEFA PRO licensed coach with a focus on player development and team leadership. Currently Head Coach at CD Monda and former youth academy coach at Marbella FC. Combines high-level playing experience with tactical training and mentoring of young footballers.

Visual, Cognitive, and Mental Coach in Competitive Sports. Helps young footballers develop their vision and football brain by improving attention, decision-making, game memory, and emotional control. Specialist in meditation and visualization, he has trained athletes for national and international championships. Trained with leaders such as Neco Visión Sport, Franco Lococo, and Barça Innovation Hub. His approach combines performance and personal growth, based on his own experience overcoming difficult moments in life through these tools.

Pedro Modesto is a passionate football coach with professional playing experience. He has represented Palmeiras B and currently plays for UD San Pedro. He has also competed in the Copa del Rey, gaining experience at a high level of competitive football. Pedro brings tactical insight, technical expertise, and a winning mindset to every training session. He is committed to developing players’ skills, building confidence, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the pitch.

Trained at clubs such as CF Rayo Majadahonda, Marbella FC, and Salamanca CF UDS, Dani brings high-level experience from both Spanish football and the Gibraltar Premier Division. He has competed in UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds and offers a professional, specialized approach to goalkeeper development—focused on technique, positioning, and decision-making under pressure.

Fabio is a dedicated physiotherapist specializing in player care and sports performance. He holds a Degree in Sports Therapy and certifications in Taping, First Aid, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Therapy, and Reflexology. He gained valuable experience at the Watford FC Academy, supporting young athletes in high-performance environments. Fabio focuses on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and ongoing performance support, helping every player stay healthy, recover efficiently, and perform at their best.
